Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information Agentic UCP collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), a password stored only as a one-way hash, and the time and version of the terms you accepted.
Business details: business name and website, location, contact person, legal name, tax number, address, support contact and policy links that you give us.
Catalog data: product names, prices, descriptions and images that we read from your public website or store feed.
Advertising content: the creatives you generate, their settings and their view and click counts, and affiliate records you create.
Technical data: sign-in activity, server logs and the emails we send you about your account.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, review and run your business on the platform, publish your UCP profile, read your catalog, generate and serve ads, send you status emails, keep the service safe, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

AI providers that generate creatives receive the product details, images and instructions needed for that task.
Google, only if you connect Google Merchant Center: we exchange the product feed and verification details you authorise.
AI shopping assistants and shoppers see the business and product information that is public in your approved UCP profile.
Service providers such as hosting and email delivery, who process data for us under their own security terms.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account and business data while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, security and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed, secrets such as API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to administration tools is restricted to approved staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by writing to us. You can edit your business details yourself on your business page. If you are in a region with data-protection rights (for example the EU, UK or India), those rights apply and you can also complain to your local regulator.

7. Your own customers

For the shoppers who buy from you, you remain the merchant of record and the party responsible for their data. We do not take payment from them and we do not receive their card details.

8. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the version above and ask you to accept it again.
